Are you an experienced culinary professional ready to step into a leadership role at one of South Australia's most scenic and iconic venues? Hotel Renmark is seeking a skilled and motivated Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations across our many dining areas, working closely under the guidance of our Executive Chef.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership kitchen role, preferably as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for modern Australian cuisine
• Ability to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and coordinate a kitchen team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Commitment to high food quality, consistency, and safety standards
• Willingness to collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and kitchen strategy
• Availability for a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
• Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory management
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menus and kitchen improvements
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations
