This is an exciting opportunity to join our back of house team and work explicitly within our kitchen. This role you will be responsible for creating meals from our simpler counter meals to higher end Nanya Bistro dishes. This position will suit someone who is active and passionate. We run a busy kitchen and the crew pride themselves on fast and efficient service.

Servicing customers’ needs and providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Taking meal and beverage orders with table and counter service. Making and serving beverages including coffees, cocktails and general beverages. Upkeeping a clean and safe work environment. Professionally monitor and handle any customer service issues. Work as part of the venue team to instil culture of superior customer service.

The Main Bar is open 7 days a week, offering something for everybody. We are the “local”, providing Happy Hours, Quiz night, daily meal deals and live entertainment. Servicing customers’ needs and providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment. You will be responsible for taking meal and drink orders, pouring beers, general chit chat with customers and operate TAB and SA Lotteries. Professionally monitor and handle any customer service issues. Upkeeping a clean and safe work environment. Work as part of the venue team to instil culture of superior customer service.
