Servicing customers’ needs and providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Taking meal and beverage orders with table and counter service. Making and serving beverages including coffees, cocktails and general beverages. Upkeeping a clean and safe work environment. Professionally monitor and handle any customer service issues. Work as part of the venue team to instil culture of superior customer service.
