Job Description: Bar Staff – Main Bar

Our mission is to provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders efficiently and accurately

• Pour beers and prepare a range of beverages

• Engage in friendly conversation with customers to create a positive experience

• Operate TAB and SA Lotteries Services

• Handle customer service issues professionally and promptly

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Collaborate with the broader venue team to foster a culture of superior customer service

What We Are Looking For:

• A friendly and positive attitude

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain

• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great service

• The ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, across a 7-day roster

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred, but we offer training for the right candidate
