About Us:

Hotel Renmark is the premier dining destination in the Riverland, featuring three distinct dining experiences, including Temperance Restaurant – Best Regional Restaurant 2024.

We are seeking passionate chefs, apprentices, and kitchen hands to join our expanding kitchen team. With a large and skilled team, we provide excellent career development opportunities, flexible full-time and casual roles, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

The Role:

This is your chance to work hands-on in the kitchen, contributing to a variety of culinary experiences:

  • Main Bar – creating outstanding counter meals

  • Nanya Bistro – preparing high-end bistro dishes

  • Temperance Restaurant – delivering fine dining excellence

We’re looking for active, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team that takes pride in efficient, high-quality service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, positive attitude

  • Passion for food and hospitality

  • Ability to work across a 7-day roster with flexible shifts

  • Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred but not essential

We have full-time, casual, and apprentice positions available for the right candidates.
