We're currently seeking multiskilled individuals to work across a 7-day roster. At Hotel Renmark, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Our Gaming room offers the latest technology and games and can be quite busy. Our Main Bar is a hub of activity, offering a vibrant atmosphere where both staff and patrons alike can enjoy themselves, offering Happy Hours, Live Bands, Quiz Night and Daily Meal Deals.
We are searching for individuals with friendly dispositions and positive attitudes to complement our team. Prior experience is preferred, and RSG and RSA is required.
Job role:
Attend to Gaming Machines, TAB and Lotteries and follow all hotel and industry policies and procedures.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with Hotel and Industry standards.
Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bar and Gaming areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
