Hotel Renmark is seeking Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team, working primarily across our Main Bar and Nanya Bistro, with opportunities to assist across Functions & Events, our Sip’n Save Bottleshop and other areas of the hotel.
This is a varied, customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with guests, working as part of a team, and delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Applicants must be 18 years or over due to the requirements of the role, including the service of alcohol and operation of licensed facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Take accurate food and beverage orders and operate POS systems
Deliver meals and beverages and assist with table service
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
Process cash, EFTPOS and other customer transactions accurately
Operate TAB and Keno facilities where required
Monitor patron behaviour and intoxication levels and follow RSA requirements
Conduct ID checks and assist with maintaining responsible service practices
Follow opening and closing procedures
Maintain clean, organised and well-presented bar, dining and customer areas
Restock service areas and assist with maintaining stock levels
Work closely with bar, floor and kitchen teams during service
Assist across Functions & Events, Sip’n Save Bottle Shop and other departments when operationally required
Follow all venue policies, procedures, food safety and liquor licensing requirements

Essential Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or over
Current South Australian RSA Certificate
Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Reliable transport
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing and manual handling tasks
Willingness to complete required venue training
Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant, TAB or Keno experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. On-the-job training will be provided to successful candidates.
