About the Role

Hotel Renmark is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Food & Beverage team members to join our hospitality team. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, delivering excellent service across our bars, restaurants, and event spaces.

You’ll be part of a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether they’re enjoying a casual drink, dining in our restaurants, or attending a function or event.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to Hotel and industry standards.

• Take orders and serve food in a friendly, efficient manner.

• Engage with guests professionally, providing attentive and personalised service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bar, Dining, and Function areas.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Assist with set-up and pack-down for functions and events as required.

• Collaborate effectively with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Prior F&B experience is preferred but not essential — we welcome motivated learners.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items.
