Looking for a role with variety, great people, and a fast-paced hospitality environment?

We are seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. This varied role offers the opportunity to work across our Nanya Bistro Bar, Main Bar, Functions & Events operations and Bottle Shop.

This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with guests, working as part of a team, and delivering exceptional service.

• Shifts are available across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  Key Responsibilities

  ‍ ‍

  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times

  • Take food and beverage orders and serve meals and drinks efficiently

  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages

  • Operate POS systems and process customer transactions

  • Operate Keno/Lotteries and TAB facilities

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and venue appearance

  • Support team members during busy service periods

  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests

  Essential Requirements

  ‍ ‍

  • Current RSA Certificate

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

  • Reliable transport

  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing and manual handling tasks

  ‍ ‍

  Previous hospitality experience and TAB/Keno experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
