As the nights grow colder, Temperance invites you to gather around the fire for an evening that celebrates the depth and comfort of winter dining.
Whisky, Wine & Fire is a five-course experience built around seasonal produce, rich flavours, and food cooked over open coals. Drawing inspiration from traditional fire cooking techniques, the menu showcases carefully selected ingredients transformed by smoke, flame, and slow cooking, creating dishes that are both refined and deeply satisfying.
