His and Hers Valentines Day

Valentine’s Day, we offered two distinct dining experiences, each designed to suit a different style of romance.

Valentine’s – His, held on Friday night, was bold, indulgent and confident — created for those who appreciate depth, richness and a true sense of occasion.

Valentine’s – Hers, on Saturday night, was elegant, fresh and beautifully romantic, offering a lighter, more refined evening centred around connection and lingering conversations.

Set against the character and atmosphere of the Woolshed, the menu carried the same precision and intention the restaurant is known for, reimagined for a more relaxed, open environment. Guests were invited to settle in, explore at their own pace, and experience a different side of Temperance — one that felt both familiar and entirely new.
