Follow the Murray’s journey through an evening of food inspired by the landscapes, communities and produce it connects.

Beyond Renmark, the river continues through South Australia, reaching the Coorong and Southern Ocean. Along the way, its waters sustain agriculture, shape ecosystems and support communities, creating a connection between the Riverland and the coast.

For this dining experience, we follow that journey in reverse. Beginning at the ocean, each course takes you further upstream — from the coast, through the Coorong and into the Murray, before arriving home among the orchards of the Riverland.

Through Temperance’s refined, produce-driven approach, the menu explores the character of each landscape and the ingredients that tell its story. Coastal flavours give way to the river and its surrounds, with the final courses celebrating the abundance of our home region.
